Even though he temporarily carries 'powerseller' status, he is not an honest seller.  I purchased what I though was a decent Super Olds cornet from him, item #2526958235.  Here is the description "Few dings and lost of finish, the valves work".  Now granted he is not a musician but I would expect what he said to be true.  Well, I got the horn and it looked good until I took the valves out.  I've never seen anything like it.  It seems someone CUT the valves off an inch long...see the pic's.  Now I would never have expected Cecil to have checked this out or known that it was in that condition but I would expect that he allow me to return the item.  I feel his ad was unintentionally misleading and he knows that if listed again with a proper description, he would get less for this trumpet so he is unwilling to accept a return.  BEWARE. CECIL JONES is not a honest seller!!  Unless you know what questions to ask, you might get stuck with JUNK!!!
